Antique French Provençal White Terracotta Gargoulette

A charming antique French gargoulette from Provence, crafted in pale, unglazed terracotta with a softly weathered surface. The traditional form features a rounded body, prominent loop handle, wide filling mouth, and narrow drinking spout. Originally used for storing and serving water, the porous earthenware helped naturally cool its contents through evaporation.
